Papakura Yoga : serving the wider community since it was established in 2001. We teach a dynamic style of Yoga attracting students from the greater Auckland area to our studio. The focus of classes is on enhancing natural movement patterns that create a sense of ease, strength and integration in the body, on and off the mat. Our teachers pay careful attention to alignment that supports individual bodies within a group environment.

A perfect follow on class from beginners and also suitable for those with prior yoga experience. We continue to build on the foundations as we introduce a wider range of movements. In these multi level classes we offer variations; encouraging people to choose the most suitable variation for their body.
A dynamic Flow Class based around Sun Salutations. This practice warms the body whilst building strength and mobility. The sequence will remain fundamentally the same each week developing confidence through the familiar routine. Suitable for all - from Beginners to those with experience. Variations will be offered as required)
A 5 week rolling course that you can join at any time after your first trimester. The course is designed to help keep
your body strong and supple during pregnancy. (Booking required)
All our teachers are highly trained and continue to update and upskill all the time. We all keep abreast of current and modern information about the Body, Movement and Biomechanics. We apply this modern information to the ancient wisdom practice of Yoga.
